Maple Syrup and vinegar Roasted Brussels Sprouts
- 450 grams Brussel sprouts
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- .5 tbsp Sea salt or to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 370 F
Cut ends off of Brussel sprouts and cut into halves or quarters, depending on size.
Place cut Brussel sprouts into a large bowl.
Whisk all remaining ingredients and then toss with sprouts.
Spread onto parchment lined, rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes and then stir sprouts well. Bake for remaining 15 – 20 minutes.
